Mental Health Resource Library
This is the ever-growing library of mental health resources: a carefully curated collection of resources to support you—wherever you are on your mental health journey. Whether you're looking for databases and knowledge bases, engaging quizzes and assessments, insightful blogs and articles, supportive coworking groups, enlightening podcast episodes, inspiring YouTube videos, or helpful books and workbooks, I've got you covered. Originally focused on ADHD and autism, this collection has now expanded to include include content based on a wider variety of mental health conditions and phenomena.
My goal is to make mental health information more accessible and personalized. The accessibility comes from my (borederline-obsessive) organization of available resources, and personalization comes from my unique content-matching tool.
Interested in contributing?
I don't know everything, and I'm not going to pretend to! The only way to make this resource library the best it can be is with help from people like you. As of October 2024, I'm still working on my content-matching tool. However, as soon as it's done, I'll need help finding resources and reviewing their target audiences and content quality. Stay tuned for more information on how to contribute to this exciting and important project!
